Two editions of Joseph Moncure March's sordid Jazz Age tale of debauchery and murder told in rhyming couplets. The first edition is a numbered, limited, private press edition from 1947. The 1994 edition is designed and illustrated by Art Spiegelman in a style inspired by the 1920s and 30s wordless woodcut novels of Frans Masereel and Lyn Ward.
